MCS campus consists of two living headquarters; the White House and the Brick House.  The White House is designed for the younger or lower level IQ boys, it has a capacity of 10 boys with 2 staff on shift at a time.  The Brick House is occupied by the older boys and has a capcity of 15 boys with 3 staff on shift at a time.  Each house has individual bedrooms, a kitchen and dining area, a living room and laundry facilities. 

In addition to the two living units there is a newer office building consisting of therapy rooms, offices, meeting rooms and the transition classrooms.  Facitlities also include a gymnasium and outdoor recreational area.
